Alice Pittman Bradley, a beloved resident of Orlando, Florida, passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 71. She was born on November 20, 1951, in Waycross, GA to her late parents, James (J.T.) and Louise Pittman.
Alice was a woman of selflessness, caring, and resilience. Her warm smile and caring heart touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She grew up in Central Florida and went to Edgewater High School. Later she attended Samford University where she was a proud sister of the ZTA sorority. She had a passion for education and dedicated 34 years of her life to teaching elementary school children. Alice’s impact extended beyond the classroom, leaving a lasting mark on her students and colleagues.
In her free time, Alice enjoyed spending time in the mountains of Bryson City NC, creating arts and crafts projects, and spending as much time as possible with her family. She would drop everything to get out of the house and go shopping, and could never pass up a dinner invite, especially if it included chips!
Alice is survived by her husband, Steve Bradley, her children, Mike, Emily, and Justin, and her three granddaughters, Nova, Teagan, and Veronica. They will forever carry her memory of unwavering love in their hearts and souls.
A memorial service to celebrate Alice’s life will be held at Church on the Drive in Orlando, Florida, on Saturday November 18, 2023 at 1pm where friends and family can gather to share stories of love and laughter.
Alice Pittman Bradley’s legacy lives on through the lives she touched, the knowledge she imparted, and the love she shared.
We’ll always love her, a hundred and a thousand. ❤️
