Obituary for David Montero
DAVID PAUL MONTERO, 54, of Altamonte Springs, succumbed to Multiple Systems Atrophy-Parkinson’s type (MSA-P) on April 4, 2020 while at Regent Park Rehab Center in Winter Park, FL. He was surrounded that afternoon by his children, Kelsey of Sanford, FL, Drew of St. Louis, MO, and Alyssa of Tampa, FL. David graduated in 1983 from Bishop Moore High School in Orlando. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Administration from The University of Central Florida while working as a construction superintendent/project manager in the Greater Orlando area. David is preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine Cecile, is survived by his three children, his father, Thomas (Tom), a local architect, of Sanford, FL; younger sister Lori of Charlotte, NC; and his younger brother James Merritt and his wife, Debi, of Altamonte Springs, FL. Services have been handled by Compassionate Cremations of Winter Springs, FL. There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
