Obituary for Keith Smith
Keith “Slade” Smith, 69, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on October 10th, 2021 while in hospice care.

Slade was predeceased by his father, Earl Smith, and his mother Ella Smith. He is survived by his three siblings Krista Gibson, Kevin Smith, both of Canton, Ohio and Kim Aaronson of Chicago, Illinois. His son Matthew Lichtenwalter currently lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia. His soulmate, Michelle Smith of Orlando, Florida was able to be by his side when the lord called his name. Slade was a man of many skills, hobbies, and interests. He will be missed by his many family, friends, and acquaintances.

There will be a graveside service November 24, 20201 at Sunset Hills Burial Park in Canton, Ohio.
