Born Isabella Ocasio in 5\11\1938 of Brooklyn,NY, she was later adopted and named Isabel Arrufat. She is the daughter of Frank and Ramira Ocasio. Her natural siblings that preceded her in death are brothers Frank Ocasio and Nicholas Ocasio, sister Amparo Ocasio and her adopted sister Brigida Robles. She was a mother to one child which also preceded her in death Felix Ruiz. We didn't get to grow up with her but the amount of time we did have these last years are precious. Those left to mourn her is her sister Carmen Colon of Apopka, her nieces Jean Polanco (Orlando) of Apopka, Blanche Herndon, Cynthia Ocasio, and Carmen Rosario. Nephews Ben Colon, Steven Benner, Henry, Phillip, Micheal, and Frank Ocasio.
