William Harry Wilkison, Jr., 75 - Sanford, Florida
December 13, 1949 – September 7, 2025
Born in Miami, Florida, he is preceded in death by his father William Harry Wilkison, Sr and mother Robbie Elizabeth Tillman Wilkison.
He is survived by his loving wife Karen Gaines, sister Deborah Wilkison Eklund, son Jason Figley and daughter in law Maria Figley. Grandchildren Niko Figley Stevens and wife Amber Figley Stevens and Jason Figley, Jr., nephew Geoff Lunt, great nephew Anthony Lunt, Goddaughter Brandee Kreinbrink and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters in love and many special friends.
A US Navy Veteran, he was very proud of his service. He was a skilled painter by trade, he loved being outdoors; surfing, swimming, fishing, hiking and was always happiest spending quality time with family and friends.
Harry would often describe himself as being shy, but being so full of love and life, he was regularly considered the life of the party.
Harry was very brave and courageous fighting this terminal illness but was prepared for when the Lord called him.
A Celebration of Life and Love will be held in his honor at home on October 18, 2025. He is gone from our side but will never be forgotten.
