Obituary for Sherri Lynn Yeaton
Sherri Lynn Yeaton, age 59, of Orlando, FL, passed away Monday, July 5, 2021. She was the daughter of Gloria Rumpza Casey and the late Roy Thomas Rumpza. She was born in Orlando, Florida, where she has lived her entire life. Sherri had been the office manager for her family’s business, where she had worked for over 22 years.
Sherri is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, James Yeaton and her beloved dog “Murphy”. Sherri also leaves behind her son Joshua Carver and his wife Britanye Carver of Houston, TX, and her daughter Brittany Mackey and her husband, Brian Mackey of Deltona, Florida; eight grandchildren and her two brothers, Gary Rumpza of Polk City, Florida and Ricky Rumpza of Orlando, Florida.
Sherri will be most fondly remembered as a loving and devoted wife, a daughter, a caring mother and “Grammy” to her loving family. She will be greatly missed by everyone whose life she touched.
The family will receive friends for a viewing between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, immediately followed by funeral service at 1:00 pm, both to be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Banfield Funeral Home, 420 W. State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708. After the funeral service, friends are invited to join her family at the Drawdy Rouse Cemetery on 4050 Rouse Road in Orlando, where Sherri will be laid to rest.
