Obituary for Stephen Patrick Kelley

Born in Winter Park, Stephen was a true Floridian. He was a kind, caring, responsible, happy and wonderful son, grandson, nephew and cousin. Stephen loved photography from an early age and he always had a camera close by. When he received his first iPhone, he took photos of everything from exciting to mundane. If someone wanted to know a date when an event happened, Stephen could always find a photo with the exact date. Of course, his favorite photo subject was his miniature schnauzer, Dixie. He absolutely loved putting her in different poses, usually surrounded with her toys or other props to enhance the moment. Dixie now serves as our heart connection to Stephen. He also enjoyed visiting different locations in Central Florida by driving, biking, riding the Lynx bus or using SunRail. He absolutely, truly enjoyed working at Publix and liked all customers, associates, and management. He was proud of his attendance record and spoke often and highly of his Publix family. His goal was to visit every Publix in his district, then in the state of Florida. Knowing how Stephen loved to be on the go, he was probably destined to visit every Publix in every state. We miss him greatly and the pain and sadness of his loss will never leave us. We will never, ever, forget our wonderful son, Stephen.
